Due to security laws, Permit Sales are no longer allowed for any local club websites, a link is provided to purchase your permits online from the main OFSC website however there is an additional charge to do so. Please remember to "Buy Where You Ride" as this makes a huge difference to the local volunteer club funding. Help keep the groomers tuned and fueled up with you local permit dollars. “Buy Where You Ride” - Orillia District Snowmobile Club takes great pride in
the almost 300km of trails maintained by our volunteers. Prices remain the same for the 2012 season!!!
They are available on-line through the main OFSC website only (extra charges apply) or they can be picked up at several outlets around the area. The "Classic" permits are available at Allan Byers Equipment this year for our local area. Full Season Permits are $200 if purchased prior to Dec 1, 2011 Full season Permits are $250 if purchased after Dec 1, 2011 Full Season Classic Permits are $125 for model years 15 yrs and older (1997 and older, copy of ownership required) 7-Day Permits are $140 3-Day Permits are $100 Specialty Permits are $35 (available or club sanctioned events only) Permit Placement Tip - Remove the old permit first. Avoid placing your new permit directly on top of your old one. With the new translucent permit materials, the old one may show through. Also, affixing the new permit on top of the old makes it easier to steal your permit because when the old one is peeled off, the new one comes off in one piece, ready to be used again Permits are available on-line this year via the main OFSC website only, no local clubs are allowed to sell on-line under the new MTO security laws. Only Full-season permits are available on-line, there is a $10 delivery fee for the first one, and a $2 delivery fee each for the 2nd and 3rd permits mailed to to the same household.
These are all sent via registered mail where a signature is required for pickup.
(please remember our vendors do not get anything out of their sales for permits, so please say Thank You and patronize their businesses!)
